- At every step from harvest to extraction and packaging, you can be assured that it has been produced with care and in the protected zone on the slopes of Mount Etna in Sicily. The D.O.P. also guarantee the use of ingredient coming from the area of production and not been mixed with ingredients from elsewhere.
- Olives: Nocellara Etnea at least 65%, Moresca and Biancolila all native to Sicily. Tasting notes of green tomatoes, artichoke and fresh herbs with a mild peppery finish.
- Hand harvested and pressed within 6 hours
- Cold pressed with a temperature of no more than 27 degrees
- Our olive oil is high in polyphenol content and is organically grown without the use of pesticides or herbicides.
