What is required for the outdoor installation? Do I need a cement slab, or does the compressor mount onto the exterior wall of my house (townhouse)?

Some outdoor units come with mounting brackets or you can purchase separately. They are very easy to install with basic knowledge. I have seen the outdoor unit installed on the ground, you would just need to purchase a small plastic pad made for that purpose, any home improvement store will carry them

How can I get a 25 foot kit Electric sensor line and copper

It’s reasonably easy to call the manufacturers and special order different length line sets

This is what I was looking for, too. Someone else in another answer said 2300W. This reply sounds much more reasonable for 12,000 BTU than 700W. (A typical, small space heater is 1500.) Whether it's wired 120V or 240V, the watts shouldn't effectively change the Wattage, from a use point of view.
