I broke mine 1st week
Get the extra protection plan seriously! But I love these tablets.

Great product
I own the surface 6, bought this for my mom because of its size. It allows her to carry it anywhere. Microsoft still does not have enough ports. One USB A and one USB C, thats it. You will need a hub if you plug in a mouse. I opted for the surface mouse when I recently purchased the surface pro 8, it frees up a port.

Unit over heated and limited refund
The bundle was a bust. The screen would over heat and turn off. Within hours of owning it we requested refund and returned the bundle the next day. I was given only a partial refund. They shorted me $180.77 for their defective product. Avoid Seller Big Top Wonders!

Great performance for the price - pleasantly surprised
I definitely like the combination of flexibility & ease of use, and good performance. The performance was better than I expected, so I'm definitely satisfied with this purchase. And the bundle arrived as expected, and on time. Definite thumbs up.
