A real game changer for my difficult leg ulcers
A hospitalization in April 2025 for Cellulitis (a bacteria infection on my lower left leg) and small wound my doctors called a leg ulcer is the reason I use a 16 oz bottle of skintegrity every month! My wounds refused to heal and actually only continued to get worse week after week. Sadly, the nurses and the doctor at the local wound care clinic denied that my wounds were infected for nearly two months! They just bandaged me up to my knees and said to leave the bandages on for a week. By October, I demanded that they admit there was an infection causing my wounds not to heal and I was finally prescribed antibiotics. After two weeks, the wounds closed up and I was discharged from the wound care clinic. In my search for a way to help me heal on my own at home, I am so grateful I discovered Skintegrity! It is so easy to use, I just spray it over the wounded areas on both of my legs then pat them to dry it off. It completely dissolves the dry flaky residue that comes out on the wounds every day. Skintegrity is awesome and I wonder if the hospital wound care clinic knew about it they would be able to help more people heal faster? It looks like I might need to keep using Skintegrity for several more months if my wounds keep healing at such a slow pace. I don’t know what I would do without Skintegrity!

The best wound care around. Must have
I cant speak highly enough of this product. We use it for our kids, dogs, chickens, sheep, etc. you name it. Obviously try not to get cuts, but if you do, keeping them clean is a must to prevent secondary infection. No burning like a lot of antiseptic, other cleansers, and it just plain works. Its a must to have on hand for wound care. Update: We used this in conjunction with bannix spray to treat a dozen cases of bumblefoot on chickens and it worked wonders. Took about 3 weeks but we tried other soaking powders that were 150 bucks that did nothing. This is a must have....and yes I know just chickens, right. Our farm animals are our responsibility so we care for them the best we can!

Good product . Poor packaging
I didn't get to immediately retrieve my package of 2 of these upon arrival. The package box had no filler material to prevent the bottles from tipping over and leaking. Fortunately the bottle caps were tight enough to prevent serious leakage but a void pack would have prevented any loss of product.

Won't sting nor burn and prevents infection
So happy I found this wound cleanser. I was using Microdacyn 60 which is absolutely amazing, but -sadly- only sold abroad. I think this Medline Skintegrity Wound Cleanser is the perfect replacement. Won't sting nor burn, but will prevent infection if used appropriately. The only thing that threw me off a little -or a lot- was that there's no seal or any other sort of protection to the dispenser of what is a sterile solution. The Microdacyn 60 has a seal you have to break open in order to use. But, so far so good. Will -most definitely- update, once my wounds heal. I'm using the Convatec Duoderm CGF Wound Dressings and cleaning my wounds with this solution using sterile gauze pads. UPDATE: April 6, 2018 So, I've been using Medline Skintegrity Wound Cleanser and it -most definitely- has helped heal my wounds and keep them from getting infected. It is not irritating nor drying -quite the opposite- it soothes the fragile, new skin while cleaning it and helps keep it moisturized as well, which is important for healing. I just bought two more bottles today. So happy to have "listened" to the reviewers that recommended it! UPDATE: May 22, 2018 I have to add to my review, I've ordered the Medline Skintegrity Wound Cleanser numerous times and every single time, the bottles are leaking. I keep buying it because I have no other choice and because it really does work, but it is too expensive to keep buying and lose one third of its contents. I've read many other reviewers making the same complaint. You would think the seller would care enough to fix this problem.

Buy it, it’s super duper effective on aiding of the healing wounds.
I love love love this product. From the first time I’ve used it, my wife’s chronic sinus tract wound just significantly improved. We were previously using saline syringes. They just didn’t to have much of any effect on the infection. We saw a noticeable change with the use of this product with every daily bandage change. The seepage dropped, the skin was less irritated and red, the skin turned nice and pink around the wound, the drainage became less creamy and more clear. Everything about the wound improved. And like other people wrote on this review, yes, the bottle does leak a bit in transport, but it shouldn’t leak when you keep it standing upright. But at least for us, the product worked so well on the wound that we may not be needing to finish using the entire bottle. And honestly, it’s money well spent as far as I’m concerned seeing my wife on the road to a speedy recovery.

Cleans, Moistens, Sting-Free, Economical, Environmentaly Friendly (No Propellants)
I first started using this when I ran out of saline spray for an open post-op (surgery) wound. Complications from infection have led to epidermis sloughing off occasionally, so it's good that I had plenty of this on hand. This seems not only to do just as well at cleaning out the wound (both are non-stinging and either will irrigate the wound nicely), but this seems to do a better job of leaving the wound moist, which is better for overall healing, as I understand the way healing works. Also, this is far more economical than the saline spray. It cleans and it moistens, as advertised -- and it does so economically. What's not to like about it? (Side note: I liked it so much that I bought a backup bottle shortly after starting my first one. It was clearly a better product for my situation than the saline spray. That first bottle is lasting so long (only using it when between-showers cleansing is needed), I'm wondering if I'll ever get around to the second bottle.)

Excellent for wound care - no sting
I fractured a bone in my foot and developed a fracture blister. By the time it finally popped, it was the size of an egg. It was right on the top of my foot and made it difficult to wear the ortho boot, a surgical shoe and I certainly couldn't put my foot in a sneaker. I was concerned about it getting infected, so I purchased this to clean it. I used it three times a day and it made wound care much easier. Pros - no sting, no burn, no pain at all. The spray was just the right amount to remove the silvadene and rinse the wound. There's no discernable scent. Cons - none. Overall, it's a great product and I recommend it to anyone who needs to take care of wounds. I used it for two weeks, three times a day and I still have half a bottle.

Flimsy packaging but amazing product
I recently had surgery and needed a wound cleaner to disinfect the area daily. I researched and bought this one based on reviews. The bottle is much larger than I anticipated but ended up being the perfect amount for 2 weeks use of 2-3 times a day. You could probably even get another week out of it. I was generous. It's used like a Windex bottle. Spray the area and then wipe it down. I was using gauze and then switched to cotton disposable towels. Did it help with healing? I'll never know if it was this for sure but I can say that I healed very nicely and relatively quickly, and had no infections. I would absolutely recommend this product to anyone, the only reason I didn't give it a 5 star is because the bottle did come leaking a bit. It's wrapped in a plastic bag, probably because they know it's a problem so maybe they should work on that since it seems to be a common issue. I just ordered another bottle, this time smaller to continue with my healing and then to keep around the house
