Despite many reviews on Amazon that reported multiple issues with item, I went ahead and purchased it. Write from the beginning, it was sometimes tripping the breaker only to work normally again. This issue repeated many times. Eventually, it stopped working completely and I had to send it for repair. Now more than two weeks have passed and I'm still waiting for the oven to come back from repair. When I contacted Amazon, they tolled me to wait. Good oven when it works but unfortunately, in many occasions, it doesn't. Not recommended to purchase this item.

It works great but the oven door doesn’t have hydraulic so it can easily drop fast and break so be careful.

Unfortunately, within few months the oven stopped working and its heating capabilities were poor. I have done my best to find a maintenance dealer with no response all over the KSA. I have told Amazon to discontinue such an unreliable product. I trust Amazon and I had wonderful experience before but for this product it is a disaster.
