Gardein Ultimate Plant-Based Chick'n Filets, Vegan, Frozen, 15 oz.

I really like this product. They are worth the price. I bake in the oven and eat as sandwiches or cut up and put in pasta or over rice. Easy lunch or dinner. They are thick, so a little goes a long way.

I may cry if Gardein ever discontinues these they're so freakin' good especially in wraps

Mostly vegetarian person here. Currently limiting meat to about twice a week (mostly ethical reasons). I recently tried their tenders (see that review) and was quite impressed. They have nailed the texture of processed white meat chicken. These do that as well. Very happy with the texture. Coating is also spot on. They only fail a bit in the flavor department. The tenders, while sodium loaded had no real flavor at all. These, the flavor was a bit peppery (although they are possibly a dietary sodium bomb as well). I feel they are equals and the absolute best faux chicken I have ever had (and I have been doing faux meats since I was a teenager, eons ago). Many possibilities when preparing both. I would recommend to all although with caveat due to sodium content (which you may or may not taste) it is there. I might try their nuggets next or not. Not a fan of real chicken nuggets (mechanically separated gristle chunks in grease) at all. For now, I want to try enhancing these two products for flavor without adding any more sodium. I would recommend to both vegetarians and meat eaters. Not a bad value and unlike with real chicken you don't have to power wash your kitchen with boiling bleach after preparing :) Go veggie.

I love these things probably too much. they are so flavorful. best cooked in the oven (not used an air fryer), but still delicious in a microwave.

As a vegetarian, I eat this type of thing all the time and have to say that these are the bestest fake chicken patties I have had to date. Moist, thick, tasty; wow! Very good on rye bread with some deli cheese and mustard. The product I bought only has 3 patties, so it would be nice if they offered a package with more quantity.

Very simple to find out that this product is falsely advertised via the picture on the front. When you open up the PLASTIC bag, you arrive to flat non crispy patties. The taste is good enough to pass as a patty and a chicken substitute but what I wanted was to enjoy a crunch to my patty. For the cost of false advertising I would never recommend this to anyone. The price is steep for 4 PATTIES. Time to cook is a bit different because the patty is thickish so make time to add time if needed. Will be trying the tenders next so if this happens again and they're is no crisp to the chicken you might want a better illustration of your product.
