Fantastic pan, All-Clad are all class. This universal pan with lid are great for so many uses, its so versatile it can accommodate all your sauteè-ing needs, one pot wonders, stir fry's, paella etc on the cook top or in the oven. It is as if your dutch over and fry pan had a love child, the area of a large fry pan but with the higher sides and lid allowing you to stew and slow cook also making it an important addition to your collection. It is large enough to easily feed 4-8ppl with ease however not nearly as heavy as you'd expect or of that of your dutch oven. Excellent heat distribution and easy to clean, it is a real winner.

It’s a very versatile pan for stove top / oven use, we are liking the even heat distribution we get from the 5-ply construction, and it’s dishwasher safe ! We have been looking for something like this for a while, and for us, this is a home run product from All Clad .

Love cooking and so far the pan is performer. Large-sized pan (larger than my large burner) that heats evenly without hot or cold spots. Not my first stainless, so cleanup is a breeze. The lid feels less-than and sits loosely with a lot of play. Not a deal-breaker but definitely annoying. Minus the lid this is a 5-star pan every day.

My wife loves this pan. Large flat bottom for browning, great capacity. We've given three as gifts and a fourth for my wife. Beautifully finished, extremely well made in the United States.
