My fussy cat will eat.

I have a itty bitty cat who looks like a sarlacc every time he opens his huge maw. Despite said huge maw, he prefers the tiniest kibble because he seems to think his clumsy butt is “dainty”. He was feral and has food insecurities and anxiety if he doesn’t have food access 24/7, so he has a bowl of kibble in every room he visits, bar the bathroom, and each dish has a different kibble. Whichever room ends up with this particular kibble is the first dish he empties. Don’t get me wrong, he doesn’t dislike any of his kibble, this is just the one he mows through first after the great bi-weekly refill event. I don’t know if it’s the flavor (anything but fish is disgusting in his book, so all the kibble is of fish variety) or the size. I just know that he goes nuts for this. After dishes are cleaned and filled and scattered, he runs from room to room and checks the bowls for this brand and that is the first one he daintily (read “opens his huge sarlacc maw and vacuums it in) eats. I will say, I don’t enjoy the smell. It is definitely more pungent than the other fish kibble. It’s not that it’s a bad smell, it’s just very noticeable every time you open the seal on the bag. It’ll throw you for a loop if you aren’t prepared. It doesn’t make the house stink, nor does it make the cat stink. You just know it when that food bag is opened if you are in the same room.

My cat loves this food and it is good for her sensitive stomach! She also loves the soft pieces!

Smell is QUITE strong! It will stink up the room. Cat liked it but wife didn't like the smell...

The one issue i have is more that i was sent a bag of food that was expired. The best by date was July 2nd 2025. It’s currently July 11th 2025 and this arrived yesterday on July 10th. So FYI check the expiration date before feeding to your kitty. My kitty likes this food.. she can be very picky so i like that this food offers two types of textures of food. The freeze dried flaky food and the kibbles. The kibbles are small, smaller than a pea. I also think the ingredients are great! I feed Stella & Chewy’s to my dog as well. I have always liked this brand thanks to its responsible practices and good quality foods. Also, the price is nice for this type of quality pet food. I find the cost to be very reasonable. Overall, be sure check the expiration date but, otherwise, nice quality food that i feel good in feeding to my fur baby! Thank you for reading my review!

I need to said that i gave previosly salmon one for a couple months and wasn't same reaction at all but this one had been a nightmare. First the ingredients on bag doesn't match with the ingredients we can see on pictures here when ordered, no thyme,no sage among other nope but since I give that on drops and needed the food I decided to keep it. Dry Raw bites made my cat throw up few min after so I removed all them from the bag . I started to mix his previous food with stella&chewy and it's was ok but once only stella&chewy he started to eat not so enthusiastic for 2 days but today he is like nope. He started to have some allergies food skin reaction also couple days ago so I'm not sure if that is the reason he don't want to eat the kibble either. I just returned and happily I was refunded.

I LOVE the extra small size of the kibble! My cats go crazy for the freeze dried salmon chunks. They are both adult, tabby, indoor-only cats. I looked at ingredients for so many brands and this one truly seemed healthier. I’m so happy with this product for my precious fur babies!

Unfortunately, my cat's didn't care for it.

I have several cats some were picky eating this and others devoured it. I have 6 cats so it wasn't wasted.

Great food for a pet. My cat loves it Only downside the company sent me a bag that expired a fews weeks later. Otherwise it would have been a 5/5

My cat loves all other stella and chewy formulas but he doesn't like this one. The raw chunks are very powdery in this one too unlike others.

Unfortunately my cat would not eat it . I donated it to the cat shelter.
