Very comfortable pillow, good firm, I think still a little bit overpriced. 8/10

I tried this pillow as a tester at ashleys when looking for my new bed and feel in love with the feel/texture/coolness of it. I went with the 1.0 version. At the store they only had the standard version. I ordered the king on Amazon and I’m so glad I did however, it is an extremely expensive pillow… so if you’re a hot sleeper and struggling to find pillows that work for you then this would absolutely be an investment because prior to this I would have anywhere between 6 to 10 pillows at a time, so the support/quality is impeccable. If I could give more stars I abs would.

I've had this pillow for three years+. It came free with our Purple Mattress purchase and we took this pillow to the hospital when we needed something for horrific pain to be comfortable since hospital pillows are notoriously uncomfortable. Hospital LOST our pillow when one of us was taken away for surgery and they didn't mention they took it from our room while changing bedding. I'd like to think they knew how good this pillow was and "lost it" to keep it. So.. here we are buying another one.. full price... it's THAT WORTH it. Lord knows we're never seeing our old pillow again. So cool to the touch at night and amazing support. Washable too! Has two zippers for easy removal of pillow gel inserts.

Absolutely love this pillow! Keeps it shape and gives the support I need to sleep comfortably.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I've had this pillow since early November and I am not impressed..at all. It kept it's thickness and firmness for a little over a month and then collapsed. There is absolutely nothing cooling about this pillow either! It also smelled bad for at least a couple of weeks when I first got it. Only thing I like about it is the shape (curve is nice) but since it has basically collapsed, it's hard to tell where the curve is now.

So I’ve never spent some much money on pillow ever in my life and I never expect I will ever eat him. That being said I don’t necessarily regret my purchase but at the same time I’m happy that I only spent the used or pre-owned price and not the full retail for this pillow. It’s very good it’s very comfortable but I just don’t see that it’s worth the price. For half the price of retail or the price of an open box one I think it’s worth it, but I would never pay full price for this just because it’s outrageous $200 plus for a pillow that really isn’t that much better than Something Half it’s price.

Great pillow but rather pricey

Extremely comfortable out of the box. So much so that I bought 3 of them (in various sizes) but they don't really last. I've rotated through 2 of them within a year as my primary pillow, and they're both already at the point where I feel like I need to replace them. They've gotten noticeably flatter, and don't feel like they support my neck the way I need them to. The cooling is very nice, and will be something I'll definitely miss if I do replace them with something else.
