While I was reading, I also found some good tips on what I am doing right now in my "diet" that probably aren't the best for my body, such as eating less red meat and more low fat milk. This book gives a breakdown of the science and benefits of the diet, but the exceptional thing is the list of recipes and the helpful shopping guide. Strongly recommended. Read more
