Hydrating but has some hard shea butter particles in it and I didn't see any visible results

Feels rough when you apply on the lips (like sandy feeling), also ashy (flaky) unless you rub against the lips for a while to blend in. Otherwise, it has a nice smell, but will see in a few months if it sort of restores the lips.
