I have been looking for a magnesium glycinate to take and I have tried a few. This was recommended to me and I like it. It does not affect my stomach as others had. I take it at night and on average it seems to be helping my sleep.I have the berry and it has a pleasant taste. I will be sticking with this one!

The color is more brown now and the taste isn’t good. Sad they changed this. My first order tasted way better and was more of a blue or purple color. Yuck.

Works great. Helps me relax when going to sleep. The new flavor change, the brown colored version, has become slightly unpleasant with an odd “tang.”
