Fit for purpose

Do not take if high blood pressure.
Do not take these if you suffer from high blood pressure as they'll make it worse. My Chinese doctor had me switch to Chinese ginseng instead which is more mellow and can therefore be taken continuously. Korean red ginseng should only be taken for shorter periods. If you're looking for something more long term then opt for Chinese ginseng instead.

Does what it says and it's authentic
Authentic and I've noticed my energy levels are more balanced, there's no dips in the day, such as ones you'll get with caffeine. As it's a capsule, there's no bitter taste at all and it's effective, the price was £122, a bit surprised at the leap.
