Flexibility in exercises and stable sticks
Love the sticks. Can do stretching without the ballet bar. Great for the back And the stick ends are stable

WAAAAAAY better than I expected.
If I wasn’t ordering on amazon, and didn't think returns would be easy, there is zero chance I order these. I mean, it is 3 sticks for over $200?!?!? Ok, they flex also. These things are GREAT. I already do some stretching exercises that don't require the bend, just a large "pipe" or "yoga stick". Once I saw and started using some of the stretching exercises on their videos that also made use of the bend of the sticks, I really saw the value. Somehow I never feel like they are going to "kick out" on me. They always feel stable to the ground, but the flex is really opening me up to trying a bunch of new stretches. As to the cost, I suspect a lot of it is tied up in shipping. AS expected they are all one piece but sending somewhat that long must have some sort of shipping premium. They have a youtube page, where when I first looked I saw a lot of different stretching options, but I wasn’t that impressed with most of them....Until I got the sticks, and actually did some. It is hard to explain, but they really seem to help do things I would not have done without them.

Great for stretching and strengthening!
Very effective! Fun to learn. Be sure to check on YouTube for a large comprehensive library of helpful videos for anything you want to stretch strengthen or improve. I am a 69 year old female, recently retired. Stick mobility is excellent for an aging body to maintain strength, balance and mobility. The sticks help maintain alignment while stretching, determine your limits, and define your progress. Some people laugh at me for doing it. But it feels really good. Highly recommend!

Great but can have improvements for customers
This device can completely transform your exercise experience. You have access to probably 1000 videos and do not need a gym membership. It does help with mobility. I would recommend it, but read below. Spend like 20 minutes looking through their YouTube playlist below and see if this is the type of product you want. However here are the cons: 1) They are huge. You may be hitting the roof or several walls of your house when using them 2) The videos are very unorganized. As mentioned, there are probably 1000 videos. That is too many. If the creators are reading this, please update your YouTube channel. I do not mean to add more. I mean remove a lot of videos and put them in an "other" folder. With your 1000 videos, please only include the top 10% in terms of having good exercise. There were several exercises in the videos that were meh. Maybe like 60-75% of the exercises that were shown, I would skip over. Please spend more time on making it organized and include high-yield exercises. 3) This goes with the unorganized point. Several videos within a playlist do not even cover what the playlist is about. I would try to work on hip mobility and go to the playlist, only to find out we are doing what I was looking for.

Better than I thought
So i bought these because I had major thoracic surgery and needed help getting some mobility back because going to the floor hurt too much. These sticks really help. I do a little with them almost every day and it is terrific. I felt when I bought them the price was a bit high and still do but I want to add its worth it.

10 stars
These things are amazing. I especially like them for thoracic rotation and stretches that open me up. There are plenty of videos on YouTube and a ton of different techniques that you can learn. Using these sticks intensifies every stretch in ways that I have never experienced. I’ll be using these for years to come.

Very sad
One of my 7ft sticks showed up damaged. Wish the end cap wasn't missing. Love the product. Just wish it was fully intact

Cluttered duplicative video library and shorts that are difficult to follow.
Stick Mobility really needs to work on improving its video library. Without a good video library, the system is basically three very expensive PVC pipes. I agree with the other reviewer who talks about this. There is so much clutter, including duplicate videos: tonight I was looking for spine stretches, and I watched two different videos that literally went over the same exact move. All that clutter makes it hard to find something that you want to work on. Additionally, those some of those videos shorts are practically useless. They go so fast and there’s no instruction they’re just showing you positions and I don’t know what they’re doing whether they’re pushing or pulling and it moves so fast you’re supposed to be holding onto the sticks, but you gotta reach down and grab the remote and pause the thing 2000 times to figure out what the hell he’s doing. I get frustrated and stop so I’m considering returning these cause I’m still within the 30 day. Period. I didn’t pay $30 for for a collection of PVC pipes. I paid $30 cause I was expecting some decent instruction on how to use them which was part of what was promised with buying the full three stick training bundle. I’m sure there are some good videos there but you need to have some videos for people who are just getting started that walk you through the motions and not have duplication, etc. I tried working with these every night and quite frankly I’m frustrated.
