Run it under warm water to loosen it up. I can never open it straight out of the freezer so I’ll sit it out for 5-10 minutes or run it under some warm water. It’s super easy to refill. Easy to hold and the cold doesn’t affect your fingers while holding. I use mine during my skincare and keep the other one in our garage fridge so my partner can use it to cool off on hot days. I would consider this to be slightly more messy but significantly more effective than the stainless steel rollers that don’t carry the cold. The ice can be drippy but obviously stays very cold.

It’s great, but it’s so hard to remove the lid once the water freezes so you have to let it sit out for a while or run under hot water.

Great overall, if the material were a little stiffer/thicker it would likely hold shape a bit better and not swell.
