I’ve wanted a way to make ice without having to buy expensive machines or filters when it needs to be replaced. This way was easier than expected since again some work but same results. It DOES give you a manual that shows where the water line is so you don’t overflow, if you under fill then obviously some would have it’s shape and some might be broken or halfway made. For me its size, it’s perfect because it’s easy to store with other items in the freezer.Function: In total it makes 96 ice cubes, depending on how much you like in your drink this amount could vary from remaking it daily or waiting a few days to restock. If you overfill yes it would leak at the top and slightly around the sides as well, it could be hard to pop out depending on how well you crack the tray. If you under fill it’ll be somewhat easier to remove but the results might be disappointing.Overall rating: I would use it for occasions in advance and after having it within a few weeks I would recommend it to those who wants easy access to ice without worrying about it too much. In one batch makes my partner and I last a little over 3 days before restocking very good for what I paid.

Just a sucky small little container to hold the trays. The really only complaint I have. You have to put the empty bottom tray INSIDE the empty container and fill that way or else water spills if you try and transfer it into the container. So fill while in the tray, then stack the other on top fill & repeat.I always fill more than the fill line and get these perfect spheres!Put hot water on the backs before removing the ice. While I have a ice maker dispenser in my refrigerator freezer, the ice maker portion is no longer functioning. As a solution I bought this item, and I used it to make my ice balls and fill the hopper. It ended up being cheaper getting this as opposed to replacing the actual ice maker mechanism. It only took a couple of days to fill the hopper, but it did fill it. Imagine everyone surprised when I go to get ice out of the refrigerator dispenser and these ice balls come out. And the ice crusher part of the ice works perfectly with these ice balls. I now have more ice than I know what to do with. Well worth the money.

I got the hang of it with the first tray. Then it was so easy. Fill the tray to the line or a little more. I can’t really see the line so I just fill it up past where I think the line is. Put the top tray on. It clicks! It won’t click on both sides. I think the one side fits in and the other side will click twice. Just press the tray down on both sides. The extra water finds its way out and will erupt from the holes. Yes a little messy but it’s just water. I take a mopine and sop up most of the water on top of tray. When the ice is ready, before you open the tray, twist the tray and bang it on the counter and dump off the ice that formed on the top. Open the trays and pop out the balls. I worked on it every morning last week and had a bin full of ice for the weekend. Easy!

Kind of difficult to fill. The cubes are about the size of table grapes or large blueberries, so they melt quickly. They are cute but maybe not practical for everyday ice cubes. I could see filling the trays with juice and using them as mixers in soda water or an adult beverage.

Be careful with how much water you put in!! We made the mistake of filling it too much and getting water everywhere lol. Now that we know how much to put in, we use them all the time! They stack really well in the freezer, and I really like the container that it comes with! If you’re having trouble getting the ice out, just hold both ends and twist it to loosen it :)

Very happy with these! I bought them to use with my og ceres chill. They fit in the inner chamber very nicely. I don't think they fit around the outside, but I feel like I can get more ice in the bottom and they last me for most of the day. They are also very pretty to use with drinks! I do often have a fair amount of overflow water but that doesn't bother me.
